| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in orange-brown tones on a cream ground, with an intricate guilloche underprint covering the left panel. At upper left, a circular vignette bears the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe seal enclosing the Zimbabwe Bird, surrounded by the bank's name. Below the seal appears the facsimile signature of Dr. G. Gono, Governor. The denomination numeral 1000000 is repeated in large letterpress characters at all four corners, with the bearer cheque text and issue particulars set in the central field. |
