The zero-denomination souvenir note occupies a curious niche — legally unburdened by currency regulations yet deliberately aping the visual grammar of real banknotes. GBAR has leaned into this by commissioning Oberthur Fiduciaire, a printer with genuine central bank clients, giving the piece a substrate and security-feature finish well above the novelty end of the market.
R. Faille signs as C.E.O. — a nod to the fictional officialdom these notes parody.
