The Czech Banknote Bureau's 0 Euro souvenir series occupies an odd corner of the hobby — legal tender in the eurozone by technicality, collectible by design, and issued by a country that does not use the euro. This particular piece commemorates the Sběratel ("Collector") fair, which has run in Prague since 1998, making the 24-year span printed on the note the entire event's history to that point. Oberthur Fiduciaire in France produced the sheet, as they have for the bulk of European 0 Euro souvenir output since the format gained commercial traction around 2015.
