The EuroSouvenir program, overseen by the European Banknote Memory Organization (EBMO), licenses private cultural institutions to issue zero-denomination collector notes in the official euro format — legal curiosities that carry no monetary value but must conform to strict visual guidelines to avoid confusion with genuine currency. Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the few security printers authorized to produce them, applies the same holographic strip used on legitimate issues, which is part of the program's authenticity requirement rather than any anti-counterfeiting concern for a note worth nothing.

The Finnish Railway Museum in Hyvinkää holds the national collection of Finnish rail history, housed at a former locomotive depot roughly 50 kilometers north of Helsinki.
