Obverse description Central vignette presents a composite panorama of Palma de Mallorca: in the foreground, the Gothic cathedral of La Seu rises above the old city walls, its three naves sheltering the Trinity Chapel with the tombs of Kings James II and III; in the background, the circular Bellver Castle (c. 1300–1311) is visible. Denomination "0" and inscriptions appear in the underprint.

EuroSouvenir notes are printed to full European Central Bank technical specifications — same security features, same Oberthur Fiduciaire paper and press runs used for legal tender — but the zero denomination renders them non-negotiable by design. The program launched in 2015 and has since expanded to hundreds of regional and tourist titles across the continent.

Mallorca draws more than 13 million visitors annually, making it one of the higher-volume titles in the souvenir series. Oberthur's Chantepie facility handles the bulk of EuroSouvenir production under license from the ECB.
