| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in purple and gold tones on a fine guilloche underprint bearing the repeated legend EUROSOUVENIR around the borders. At upper left, the EU flag vignette appears alongside the series designation 2025-1 and a circular gold Anniversary medallion marking 10 years of the 0 Euro Souvenir programme. The centre-left carries a large intaglio zero numeral, below which the EURO SOUVENIR logotype is set in tricolour letterpress. To the right, an engraved panoramic vignette presents the historic skyline of Hradec Králové — including the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, the White Tower, and the Marian plague column of Velké náměstí — flanked by two circular medallions at lower centre illustrating the Church of St. Nicholas in Jirásek Gardens and a sculptural figure from the Museum of East Bohemia; a row of stylised crowns runs along the top edge above the Czech inscription. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is rendered in soft rose and violet guilloche tones with scattered multicolour stars arranged in a circular EU-pattern across the upper field. A composite engraved vignette assembles iconic European landmarks in layered perspective: the Brandenburg Gate at left, the Torre de Belém behind it, the Colosseum at lower centre, the Eiffel Tower dominating the middle ground, the Sagrada Família to its right, and the Manneken-Pis statuette at far right; a faint portrait watermark-style face is visible at the right margin. The EURO SOUVENIR logotype in purple and orange appears at lower right, with the denomination 0€ at upper left. |

The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered through licensed regional distributors across Europe, has produced hundreds of city-themed issues since the format gained traction around 2015. Hradec Králové — a mid-sized Bohemian city at the confluence of the Elbe and Orlice rivers — is an unusual choice for the series, better known internationally for its Baroque bishop's seat and its odd distinction as one of the first planned "garden cities" in Central Europe, redesigned radically in the early twentieth century by Jan Kotěra and his followers.
Oberthur Fiduciaire prints the entire 0 Euro souvenir series to genuine banknote specification, which is the point — the paper and security features are real, the face value is not.
