The 0 Euro souvenir note is a collector-only product issued under the Private Euro Banknote Network, with no legal tender status and no connection to ECB monetary policy beyond the licensed use of the euro banknote format. Oberthur Fiduciaire produces these under commercial arrangements with cultural institutions, museums, and tourism operators across Europe. Herman Brood — Dutch rock musician, painter, and chronic provocateur — died in 2001 after jumping from the Amsterdam Hilton roof. The "fishing" theme is an odd, domestic choice for a man whose public image was built on chaos and addiction.
