EuroSouvenir's zero-denomination collector notes occupy a strange but legally coherent niche — denominated at nothing, they carry no monetary obligation yet are printed to banknote specification by a security printer contracted for real circulating currency. Oberthur Fiduciaire, which has produced notes for dozens of issuing authorities across Africa and Europe, brings full production standards to what is functionally a souvenir.
This example is number 15 from a numbered run of 15 — the final piece in the series, which in small limited editions tends to attract disproportionate collector interest.
