Euro Souvenir notes are a collector-facing product issued under license from the European Central Bank, which permits their production provided they are non-negotiable and clearly marked as such. Oberthur Fiduciaire, the French security printer responsible for a significant share of genuine euro banknote production, also handles the majority of the Euro Souvenir run — an unusual situation where the same facility produces both legal tender and deliberate novelties on the same substrate.
The Zoo d'Amiens, opened in 1950, is one of the older municipal zoos in northern France, operated by the city.
