| Obverse description | The obverse presents a central vignette of Tsar Alexander III (1845–1894) in formal portrait, surrounded by an arrangement of gold and silver coins that were in circulation during his reign. The serial number and series designation appear alongside bilingual inscriptions identifying him as Grand Duke of Finland and Tsar of Russia for the period 1881–1894. The EuroSouvenir series notation and year 2020-4 are integrated into the design, with the signature of R. Faille as CEO and the LEBH counterpart mark printed in the lower portion. |
