For the 750th anniversary of the birth of Amsterdam, the note presents coins in circulation in the past, among which we recognize an emergency penny dating from the siege of Amsterdam in 1578, a ducaton from 1673, the obverse and reverse of a gold ducat with a knight from 1773, a 700-year guilder from 1975.
