At right, a portrait vignette of Dardo Rocha appears within an oval frame, identified by his name in capital letters below. The left panel bears the vertical denomination '0,50 PESOS (50 CENTAVOS)' in bold letterpress, while the upper centre carries the issuer heading 'PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES' and the legend 'LETRA DE TESORERÍA PARA CANCELACIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES (PATACÓN)'; two manuscript facsimile signatures appear below the central text block alongside the printed names and titles of the Contador General and Tesorero General de la Provincia. |
