Reverse description Central vignette of a worker striking an anvil with a hammer alongside a soldier with a bayoneted rifle, flanking the coat of arms of the Spanish Republic set between the Pillars of Hercules. The denomination and issuing authority inscriptions are arranged around the central design, with the date of issue clearly stated. The composition is characteristic of Spanish Civil War-era municipal emergency currency.
