| Obverse description | Plain cream-coloured cardboard field bearing the denomination numeral '0'25' in large red serif characters at centre, with 'PTAS.' inscribed immediately below. The circular legend 'CONSEJO MUNICIPAL' arcs across the upper periphery and 'ESTIVELLA' across the lower periphery, both printed in red Latin capitals. Two five-pointed stars flank the lower legend at either side, serving as separators. A thin red circular border line frames the entire design, characteristic of the rubber-stamp printing technique employed for Spanish Civil War emergency municipal issues. |
