It is a private Italian aerospace company developing electric vertical takeoff aircraft, and the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato — Italy's state printing and minting institute — has no authority to issue euro-denominated coinage of any fraction. Euro coins are issued exclusively by eurozone national central banks under ECB authorization. A 0.25 euro denomination does not exist within the euro system.
