| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of Victor Emmanuel III, King of Italy and Emperor of Ethiopia, in left-facing profile, rendered in high relief with finely engraved hair and strong facial features. The surrounding legend reads VITT·EM·III RE E IMP·MBRET E PER·, citing his dual titles in Italian and Albanian. The engraver's signature G. ROMAGNOLI appears in small capitals along the lower rim beneath the truncation. The field is smooth and unadorned, allowing the boldly modelled portrait to dominate the flan. |

The denomination LEK 0,10 is boldly inscribed in large characters beneath, with the Rome mint mark R at centre below.
