The promissory note is stamped by the county oil company with the unit's seal and handed over to the county's grain department for issuance. The oil ticket without the county oil company's seal is invalid. 2. The promissory note is valid throughout the year and is used until March 31, 1988. It is invalid after expiration. 3.
