Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing left, rendered in the late Classical Greek style with fine detail to the hair and facial features. A laurel wreath crowns the deity's head, with individual leaves visible despite the patination. The ethnic legend ΤΕΡΙΝΑΙΩΝ curves around the periphery of the flan. The portrait is executed with confident die-cutting typical of the Bruttian mint tradition.

Reverse description Pegasos in full flight, depicted galloping to the left with wings fully extended above its body. The winged horse is rendered with vigorous dynamism characteristic of Bruttian bronze coinage, with musculature indicated on the body and flowing tail behind. The flan is irregular and the surfaces carry a heavy green patina consistent with the coin's age and bronze composition.
