Obverse descriptionArmored bare-headed bust of Prince Karl, with raised right arm holding a scepter behind the shounder. Prince bust is at top of a crowned shield with Greater Arms of Sweden (Three crowns of Sweden in first and fourth quadrant; Folkungs Lion in second and third; smaller shield with Vasa Arms in center). Shield and King are partially inside a circle with legend outside, along the rim. King`s motto is around the circle but along the inside.
