Obverse description Laureate head of Hercules in right profile, rendered in a bold Ibero-Roman provincial style, with a club resting over his right shoulder. The effigy is set within a beaded border, occupying the full field. The Latin legend 'SISVC · A' is disposed around the periphery. The broad, slightly irregular flan is characteristic of hammered bronze coinage from the southwestern Iberian Peninsula.

Reverse description Two dolphins depicted swimming to the left, arranged one above the other in a symmetrical composition that fills the field. A South-Lusitanian (Iberian) legend is inscribed between the two dolphins. The dolphins are rendered in a schematic yet vigorous style typical of Lusitanian coastal mint bronzes. The whole is enclosed within a beaded border on an irregular hammered flan.
