Reverse description A bull charging and butting to the right in high relief, rendered with muscular dynamism, its head lowered and forelegs braced — the emblematic type of Thourioi derived ultimately from the Sybarite tradition. The ethnic legend ΘOYPIΩN appears in the upper field above the bull, while the magistrate's name EY-ΦP is partially preserved in the exergue below a ground line. A small owl (?) is visible flanked by the exergual inscription, serving as a secondary symbol in the field.
