| Obverse description | Facing bearded male head rendered in high relief, depicted full face with prominent beard rendered in fine detail and wide-set eyes, the facial features exhibiting the archaic artistic style characteristic of Lycian dynastic coinage of the fifth century BC. The head fills the flan with no surrounding legend or border, the irregular hammered flan lending the type its characteristic crude yet vigorous appearance. |

| Reverse description | Triskeles composed of three interlocked serpents or coiled snake motif at center, rendered within a square incuse compartment bordered by a dotted frame with stylized floral or branch ornaments at the corners. A partial dynastic legend in Lycian script appears along the lower edge of the incuse square. The design reflects the characteristic Lycian dynastic reverse type of the mid-fifth century BC, executed in shallow incuse relief. |
