Obverse description Draped bust of Queen Zenobia facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed and adorned with a stephane (diadem crown), rendered in the late Roman provincial style. The portrait exhibits a pronounced, regal profile characteristic of Palmyrene royal portraiture. A circular legend in Greek characters surrounds the effigy, reading CЄΠTIM ZH NOBIA CЄB, identifying the queen by her Latinized name Septimia Zenobia Augusta. The flan is irregular and the coin surface shows typical potin patination.

Reverse description Standing figure of Homonoia (goddess of concord) depicted facing, her head turned to the left, raising her right hand in a gesture of salutation or blessing, while her left hand holds a double cornucopia symbolizing abundance and prosperity. The figure is rendered in a Hellenistic-Egyptian style consistent with Alexandrian coinage of the period. The regnal year notation L Є (Year 5 of Vaballathus) appears in the field, serving as the dating element for this issue.
