Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left upon a throne, wearing helmet and aegis, extending her right hand to present a Nike who crowns the royal legend; her left arm rests upon a large round shield decorated with a lion's head boss. A transverse spear leans behind the throne in the left field, and a herm stands to the outer left. The EM monogram appears in the inner left field as a mint control mark. The Greek legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ (of King Lysimachus) is arranged in two lines flanking the seated figure.
