Her left arm rests upon a large round shield decorated with a lion's head boss, and a transverse spear leans behind her. A torch appears in the inner left field, and a crescent is visible beneath the throne. The flanking Greek legend reads ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to the right and ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ to the left, identifying the issuing authority as King Lysimachos. |
