| Reverse description | A large, fully open rose rendered in bold high relief occupies the central field, with broad petals spreading symmetrically and a prominent globular calyx at the base — the civic emblem of Rhodes. A budding rose on a curved stem rises to the right of the main bloom. To the left of the rose, a multi-pointed star or sunburst symbol is placed in the field. The magistrate's name AΓEMAXOY is inscribed in Greek letters above the rose along the upper arc, while the letters P and O, abbreviating POΔION (Rhodes), flank the lower calyx. A border of small beads encircles the entire design. |
