正面描述	Facing head of Hermes rendered in fine classical style, turned very slightly to the left, with wavy locks of hair framing the face on either side. The god wears a broad-brimmed petasos secured by a band across the forehead, its dome rising prominently above. The modelling of the facial features — almond-shaped eyes, straight nose, and slightly parted lips — displays the accomplished die-cutting characteristic of Thracian mint work of the early fourth century BC. The field is unlettered, the design filling the flan to its irregular edges.

背面描述	A goat stands in profile to the right upon a plain ground line, rendered with careful naturalistic detail in the musculature of the hindquarters and legs. The animal's head is raised, its curved horns swept back, and a beard is visible beneath the chin. To the right of the goat, a bucranium (ox-skull) serves as a subsidiary symbol in the field. Above the goat, the ethnic legend ΑΙΝΙΟΝ is inscribed in Greek characters arching across the upper field, identifying the issuing city of Ainos.
