Obverse description Bare head of Athena in profile facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet adorned with a decorative cheekpiece, rendered in the Athenian style. The effigy is executed with fine archaic-to-classical transitional artistry characteristic of Lycian dynastic coinage. The portrait is enclosed within a beaded border.

Reverse description Bare head of Hermes, or possibly Kabeiros, facing left, wearing a winged pilos helmet with a prominent wing rising from the brow. The neck is truncated and set upon a small pellet or bead. A triskeles symbol appears in the right field behind the head. The entire design is contained within a beaded circular border, with the flat irregular flan typical of Lycian hammered coinage of the dynastic period.
