The fish displays carefully detailed scales along its body and a prominent crescent-shaped fin beneath the head. The design occupies the full flan, with the creature's musculature conveying a strong sense of naturalistic vigor. No inscription or legend is present, consistent with the anepigraphic tradition of early Kyzikene electrum issues. The tunny fish served as the civic emblem of Kyzikos and appears as a recurrent type identifier on this series. |

No legend or secondary device is present. This reverse type is standard for Kyzikene electrum staters of the late archaic period. |
