背面描述	Pegasos, the winged horse, depicted in a vigorous rearing pose facing right, with both forelegs raised and wings dramatically spread upward and to the left, rendered in bold relief against a plain, flat field. The musculature of the horse is crisply engraved, and the elaborately detailed feathering of the wings — shown in layered, fan-like striations — is a hallmark of Lampsakene die work. The tail curves downward naturally between the hindquarters. The field is devoid of legend or exergue inscription, the entire reverse composition being occupied by the dynamic figure of the mythical creature. The striking is characteristic of the hammered technique, with the flan exhibiting the typical irregular outline of ancient Greek gold staters.
