背面描述 A horse advancing to the right with a solid, schematically rendered head. A pelleted ringed pellet, commonly described as a daisy motif, is positioned above the horse in the upper field. A single pellet appears beneath the horse's head, and a triad of pellets is placed beneath the tail, all elements characteristic of the Icenian decorative vocabulary for this series.

附加信息

Antedios is known from a small cluster of coin types and almost nothing else — no Roman written record names him with certainty, and his relationship to the broader Iceni dynastic sequence remains contested among Celtic numismatists. These uninscribed fractions are thought to predate the struck inscribed issues, placing them at the earliest recoverable edge of Iceni monetary activity, before the tribe's internal politics hardened into the factionalism that Roman sources later exploited.

At 0.6g, these were fractional in the most literal sense — tiny flans, often irregular, struck with considerable variation in die alignment.
