Obverse description Central device of a cornucopiae depicted upright in the field, flanked on either side by the senatorial authority marks S and C (Senatus Consulto). The legend of the three moneyers — Lamia, Silius, and Annius — arcs around the periphery in Latin characters. The overall style is characteristic of Augustan-era struck bronze coinage, with a flat, unadorned field typical of the quadrans denomination.

Reverse description A garlanded sacrificial altar depicted in three-quarter perspective, rendered with two horizontal registers and a triangular base, centrally placed within the field. The altar is shown adorned with festoons, consistent with Augustan religious iconography celebrating piety and imperial authority. The legend encircles the altar in Latin, naming the magistrates' title. The style is plain and functional, typical of the small bronze quadrans denomination struck under the tresviri monetales.
