Obverse description A heraldic lindworm (dragon) depicted upright and facing right, its body rendered in low relief with stylized scaly detail characteristic of late 13th-century Carinthian bracteate-influenced coinage. A foliate tree or branch motif appears to the right of the creature, occupying the field beside it. The design is contained within a plain, irregularly shaped flan typical of hammered medieval pfennigs. No legend or inscription is present on this side.
