Obverse description Central trefoil motif with three fish arranged radially around it, each fish oriented with its head toward the trefoil and its tail toward the coin's periphery. The design is executed in low relief on a plain, unlettered field, typical of the bracteate-influenced Viennese pfennig tradition of the early fourteenth century. The flan is irregular in shape, as characteristic of hammered medieval coinage of this period and region. No legend or inscription is present.

Reverse description Uniface coin with a plain, concave reverse resulting from the hammered striking technique; the obverse design is visible in incuse relief as a ghost image, consistent with the thin-flan bracteate-style pfennig coinage of the Duchy of Austria. No design elements, inscriptions, or symbols are present on this side.
