Obverse description Central field displays a heraldic panther passant in high relief, rendered in the bold, stylized manner characteristic of early 14th-century Austrian bracteate coinage. The beast is depicted with splayed claws and an arched, serpentine body, with flame-like projections issuing from its mouth and flanks, consistent with the traditional Styrian panther motif. A small leafy spray is visible to the sinister side of the figure. The flan is irregular and slightly concave, as is typical of hammered medieval pfennig coinage. No legend is present.
