Obverse description Bust of Duke Albert II facing left in high relief, rendered in the crude, bold style characteristic of medieval Austrian bracteate-influenced pfennigs. The effigy displays the ruler's head and upper torso in profile, with facial features summarily indicated by the die-cutter. The irregular flan edges and uneven strike are typical of hammered coinage from the Graz mint of this period. No surrounding legend is present, the design occupying the full field of the coin.
