Obverse description Bust of Wahram IV facing right, wearing a distinctive Sasanian crown with korymbos (hair globe) and lateral wings, set within a beaded border. The king's effigy is rendered in a schematic, heavily stylized manner typical of late Sasanian small silver coinage. Ribbons or diadem ties are visible extending behind the royal headdress. The portrait occupies the central field, surrounded by a prominent ring of large pellets forming the border.
Obverse script Pahlavi

Reverse description A highly stylized Zoroastrian fire altar depicted in the central field, rendered in schematic form characteristic of Sasanian obol coinage. The altar is flanked by attendant figures or abbreviated decorative elements, though the small flan size renders detail rudimentary. A beaded border encircles the design. The abbreviated Pahlavi mint signature appears in the lower field beneath the altar motif.
