| Obverse description | Bearded male head in profile to left, depicted in the local Lycian dynastic style with archaic rendering of facial features; the hair is shown in a rounded mass above the forehead. The field is plain and unadorned, consistent with the small module and hammered fabric typical of Lycian fractional silver coinage of the late fifth century BC. |

| Reverse description | Head of Athena facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet with cheek guards, rendered in three-quarter or frontal perspective; the helmet crest is elaborately detailed with incised lines representing plumage. The design is enclosed within a border of large raised pellets arranged in a circle, with a partial Lycian inscription in the field to the right of the effigy. The execution is characteristic of the engraving tradition of the Lycian dynastic mint at Tlos during the late Classical period. |
