| Descrizione del dritto | A tunny fish depicted in left profile occupies the lower field, serving as the characteristic civic badge of Kyzikos. Above the tunny, a forepart or head of an eagle is rendered in high relief, wings partially spread, facing left. The design is executed in the bold, archaic style characteristic of fifth-century Mysian electrum coinage. The flan is small and irregular, with the devices struck in relatively high relief against a plain field. No legend or inscription is present. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | A quadripartite incuse square dominates the reverse, divided by raised ridges into four recessed compartments of roughly equal size, creating a windmill or saltire cross pattern. This deeply impressed incuse punch is the standard reverse treatment for archaic-period electrum fractions of Kyzikos and is characteristic of the hammered technique employed at this mint. The compartments display a granular, uneven surface texture resulting from the punch strike. No legend, symbol, or secondary device is present within the incuse field. |
