Three men standing gesturing upward, a cap of liberty (Phrygian cap) resting on a fasces to left (reminiscent of some `Spence` designs). Referred to as the `Rutli Oath` the image appears in several paintings etc. related to the founding of the Old Swiss Confederacy in 1307.
