Obverse description Central relief depicts a replica of the ancient seal impression of Shema, servant of Jeroboam, discovered at Megiddo in 1904, shown as an oval cartouche featuring a roaring lion in profile with ancient Hebrew paleo-script legends above and below the lion within the cartouche. Above the cartouche, the Hebrew legend 'מגידו' (Megiddo) appears in the upper field, and the English legend 'ARMAGEDDON' curves along the lower portion of the field.
