At the apex, a red enamel five-pointed star; the lower field features blue and white enamel chevron panels and a blank gilt scroll cartouche. The dates '1945' and '1975' appear in the white enamel lower border on either side, commemorating the 30th anniversary of Yugoslav liberation. |
