The Design features the A.C.T. floral emblem, The Royal Bluebell (Wahlenbergia Gloriosa). This variety has the largest and is the deepest blue of all the species which grow naturally in the high mountain areas of the A.C.T., S.E. N.S.W and East Victoria.
