| Obverse description | Bearded male bust facing right, wearing a satrapal or royal headdress with a crescent element at the top, rendered in a distinctive local Persis style blending Achaemenid and Hellenistic artistic traditions. The beard is depicted with pronounced stippled or pellet-like detailing, and the drapery of the garment is visible at the lower left of the flan. The facial features are boldly modelled in high relief, characteristic of early Persis coinage. The field to the right is plain and unlettered. |
