Obverse description Largely plain convex field, anepigraphic, retaining only faint vestigial traces of a crossed-wreath design derived from the Macedonian gold stater prototype. The surface shows significant wear and corrosion consistent with a base-metal core, with residual gold wash visible in protected areas. No legend or inscription present. The flan exhibits the characteristic irregular, slightly lobed outline typical of hand-struck Celtic issues.
