| Obverse description | Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Honorius facing right, rendered in the late antique imperial style characteristic of the Theodosian period. The pearl diadem is discernible atop the head, and the paludamentum is fastened at the shoulder. The surrounding Latin legend reads D N HONORI-VS P F AVG, distributed around the bust from upper right to left. The flan is irregularly struck and heavily worn, with the surface exhibiting a dark green patina typical of bronze coinage of this era. The beaded border is partially visible around the circumference. |
