Obverse description Tetrastyle or pentastyle temple depicted in frontal elevation, with a triangular pediment surmounted by acroteria, resting on a multi-stepped podium (crepidoma). The temple facade shows multiple fluted columns rendered in relief. The Greek letters KA appear to the left of the temple and ΠΕ to the right, flanking the structure. The entire design is enclosed within a dotted border (grènetis). The composition is characteristic of the civic and religious iconography employed on Bosporan bronze coinage of the first century AD.
