Reverse description Central Zoroastrian fire altar depicted in profile, rising from a stepped base and surmounted by a flame with crescent and pellet ornaments flanking the fire. Two royal attendants stand facing inward on either side of the altar, each rendered in profile with distinctive Sasanian court dress. Inscriptional Pahlavi legends appear in the field to left and right, identifying the mint and regnal year. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with standard Sasanian drachm reverse typology.
