Reverse description A fully open rose with multiple petals depicted in profile, the Rhodian civic emblem, occupies the central field with a budding rose to the right. Above the rose, the magistrate's name ΣΤΑΣΙΩΝ is inscribed in Greek characters, identifying the issuing authority. To the left of the rose, a downward-pointing club is shown overlapping a bow, serving as secondary control symbols. The letters Ρ Ο, an abbreviation for ΡΟΔΙΩΝ (of the Rhodians), appear in the field. The composition is well-balanced within the irregular flan, consistent with Rhodian drachm typology of the period.
