In the left field, a forepart of a lion advancing left serves as a mint control symbol. Beneath the throne, the letter A functions as a secondary control mark. The Greek legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ ('of King Lysimachus') runs in two lines flanking the enthroned figure, identifying the issuing authority. |
